Law360, New York (June 8, 2015, 6:01 PM ET) — A large majority of surveyed aerospace and defense executives, including government contractors, reported increased cybersecurity spending in a survey released Monday that also tracked downward research and development spending pressure from budget uncertainty and major cost add-ons from complying with government regulation.
More than 67 percent of aerospace and defense companies, a little more than half of who operate primarily in the commercial rather than government sector, said that they had increased their spending on cybersecurity in the last year, according to the industry survey
