A Las Vegas organization that provides certificate training for perspective IT professionals announced partnerships with data company Switch’s Innevation Center and the Michigan Cyber Initiative, that state’s public-private collaboration to bolster its security sector.
The president of the Las Vegas organization, formerly known as the Learning Center, also announced a new name as it rebrands to expand its teaching to classrooms in Michigan and online classrooms.
The Cyber World Institute will serve as the new name for the Learning Center, its president, Linda Montgomery, announced at an event today at the Innevation Center at Switch’s campus.
With the new partnerships, the Cyber World Institute will provide instruction in six Michigan classrooms, in addition to the eight classrooms it operates in Las Vegas. For the full article click here
