ICIT Briefing: The Anatomy of Cyber Jihad

ICIT hosted a briefing on its recent publication entitled “The Anatomy of Cyber-Jihad: Cyberspace is the New Great Equalizer.”

A new threat actor has emerged who uses technological means to bring terror and chaos to our nation and its allies: the Cyber-Jihadist.  This new malicious actor is consumed with the religious extremism of the crusades and armed with a full arsenal of technological weaponry that can bring an attack directly to the doorstep of every organization, man, woman and child in the United States and Europe.
