Law360, New York (June 01, 2015, 7:49 PM ET) — The American Cable Association on Friday praised the Federal Communications Commission’s final report on cybersecurity risk management best practices, although it noted that small and medium-sized companies are especially vulnerable to cybersecurity incidents due to their limited resources.
In its report on the agency’s cybersecurity program developed by the Communications Security, Reliability and Interoperability Council, the American Cable Association said that although smaller companies are motivated to counter their cybersecurity risks, they are constrained by limited investment dollars and often can’t dedicate even one employee
