State announces hearing on health care ‘balance billing’

That has happened even when patients seek care through facilities in their coverage networks, according to the department. Anyone may speak at the Harrisburg gathering set for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 1 at 300 N. State St. Written testimony may be sent by email to David Buono at dbuono@pa.gov.
