Law360, New York (September 17, 2015, 9:30 PM ET) — The U.S. Department of Defense will make a raft of policy changes beyond its cyber commands to build up security and offensive capability, Pentagon officials said Thursday, from integrating security requirements on purchases to expanding use of expedited acquisitions.
