Law360, New York (September 17, 2015, 8:39 PM ET) — The head of the Federal Communications Commission’s cybersecurity efforts has said consumers’ choices should encourage broadband providers to toughen their network security practices, saying Thursday that companies have to compete among each other without the agency setting industrywide standards.
