Drake soars on cybersecurity deal
Drake Resources is seeking to acquire cyber risk governance solutions company Genome Technologies for $11 million in a deal that will see the company break into the multi-billion-dollar global cybersecurity market.
Shares in Drake soared as much as 300% to an intraday high of 0.6c on the back of the news with close to 50 million shares changing hands by market close.
Israeli-based Genome is a human risk governance company adopting a practical approach to mitigating cyber threats in organisations relating to the human factor which is considered the weakest point of an organisation’s security. For the full article click here
