Microsoft inaugurates cybersecurity center in Seoul

Microsoft has opened a cybersecurity center in South Korea. The facility will collect security-related data such as malicious code and share it with South Korean researchers such as the National Security Research Institute to improve cybersecurity services, Yonhap news agency reports. Microsoft said South Korea’s developed infrastructure in the information technology industry makes it one of the key targets of cyberattacks from around the globe, adding that the company contribute to improving the country’s online security. According to Microsoft, the center can help governmental and security organizations share their technologies with online service providers and banks. For the full article click here
