Cybersecurity concerns for businesses focus of 2 Vermont conferences in June

BURLINGTON, Vermont — Vermont businesses looking to boost their online security will have two chances to attend conferences on the topic in June.

The Vermont Small Business Development Center is planning to bring experts in for the free workshops. They’re set for the first two Thursdays in June from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

The June 4 workshop is at Vermont Tech Williston campus, 201 Lawrence Place in Williston. The event is repeated on June 11, at the Howard Dean Education Center at 307 South Street in Springfield.

Presenters are John Burton from Vermont technology management company NPI and employment attorney Kerin Stackpole, from Paul, Frank and Collins of Burlington.
